Compliance with EU Directive on eInvoice for EU VAT purposes

[1] In compliance with CWA 15582 Digi-Bill™ complies with 2001/115/EC [2], CWA 15579 [3], CWA 15580 [4] and CWA 15581 [5].

In compliance with CWA 15582, the Digi-Bill™ uses the required advanced electronic signature and timestamp and also ensures that:

• Compliance with the business processes, the VAT functions, and the service provision for the eInvoicing process are adhered too
• VAT processes, declaration, verification, verification co-operation and VAT information systems inspection are available
• The eInvoice is authenticated by Digi-Sign and the integrity of the eInvoice is maintained
