During the definition phase of the CA, the Key Ceremony Administrator coordinates and supervises work to define the CA, how to name it, how to use it, what type of hierarchy to choose, and other attributes and requirements of the CA and associated PKI environment. This can be done by using the Preset Certificate Specification Template provided in Appendix II.
